Whilst working for Bound, I had the chance to lead an end-to-end UX and UI design opportunity for AAT Kings to help improve their online margins.

After getting to know the client and their underlying systems, I conducted a heuristic analysis on their existing web and mobile experiences and compared it with their known competitors. I also drew insights from live web analytics, observing heat-maps and sifting through customer comments and video footage, and formed a data-informed road map of UX improvements across their mobile and desktop platforms which would lead to improving revenue across their digital channels. Once the UX recommendations were approved, I was invited back for a second engagement to design and build those UX and UI improvements and redesigns. Since the design updates went live, their organic data is showing an upward trend in bookings. 📈💵
