Collaborating with a small university start-up to design the end to end UX to UI experience for a new interactive digital registration tool for educational institutions. This was a part-time remote role.
UX Designer and Researcher
I started my role as UX lead for the online e-commerce journey for Three UK optimising the funnel and making the process as easy as possible for users. I then moved onto working on the Three Mobile App, where I collaborated closely with the internal comms & marketing team, contact centre, and data analytics specialists regularly to make sure Three UK’s service, notifications and comms to it’s customers was as good as it could possibly be. My general roles covered user research, recruitment, information architecture and design strategy for web, mobile, and app design for B2B and regular consumers, as well as regular presentations to the senior leadership team and CEO. Later I had a product management strategy role to plan the user experience, information architecture and migration over to a new digital platform for the app and website. A critical piece involved the creation of the “atomic toolkit” which was Three UK’s first design system aiming to unite branding and UX across all digital touch points across Three UK’s portfolio.
