This was a really rewarding project with Uniting NSW.ACT, a project with Bound, where I worked closely with another UX designer to test a new design system we were designing and producing for Uniting, a not-for-profit organization serving as part of the community ministry of Uniting Church. We collaborated closely with Uniting’s internal teams to create a set of 14 approved webpage templates using components and elements from this new design system. I also planned and conducted a couple of rounds of user testing to test and validate the usability of the templates & new components whilst working on the wireframes and designs of the new templates. We teamed up with Askable to recruit test participants and used Lookback and Optimal Workshop for gathering our data.
